Westover Terrace for Sale

Approximate Square Footage is 2950. We moved into this home in the fall of 2000 and updated many bathrooms, and other livable spaces. After moving in, we immediately replaced the heating and air conditioning units for upstairs and downstairs. When it came time to remodel the kitchen, we completely replaced all the pipe and drains in the walls that led to all the bathrooms, and laundry room as well as the kitchen. We moved out in 2006 and rented the house for two years. The tenant was a family that took really good care of the house and fenced in the back yard for their dogs.

Our favorite things about the house are the location, it's a nice quiet street. The location of the house on the lot. It allows for a large front lawn with a circle drive and a large back yard for privacy. We also love the large rooms and spacious layout. There are lots of windows which make the house light and bright. The laundry room being upstairs is extremely convenient if most of the laundry being dirtied is upstairs. We actually placed the pipes and put the laundry upstairs of our own accord. The pantry closet in the kitchen could very easily hold a large stackable system if the new owner would rather have the laundry room downstairs. We also didn't use the downstairs bedroom for a master but it definitely could. The closet space is the smallest in the house. That closet has two doors and I would open it up for one large door and re-arrange the bars and add some shelfs. We always had a teenager in that room and didn't really focus on that closet. We also added a half bath under the stair case because we didn't want to have to use that downstairs bathroom in the bedroom as the only downstairs bath.

The upstairs is fully carpeted but the floors underneath are your standard hardwood floors and do not have any large flaws that I remember.

Everytime I go in this house I think to myself " I could definitely move back in". It really is a great house and a must see. That is why we plan to have several open houses over the next few months.
